The Quilt Post (from the lost blog)

I hated the fact that I lost my quilt post, so I am re-blogging my blog. Mainly just the photo's of the progress.

I am moving to London in a month so I am dying to go on the hunt for new and fabulous fabrics for project no.2 - which will be for a good friend of mine who is expecting her first bebbeh :)




You have to have a lot of patience to make sure you cut, trim and prepare all of your fabric beforehand, it is time consuming but there is no other way. I really enjoyed the process of it all, even what some might call 'the boring bits'.







    




Finally it gets used by my gorgeous little nephew Luca. I hope it is a gift that he will keep forever and always have a little pressie to remember his lovely aunty Lol :)

When I get more confident and start working on my own personal patterns I plan on opening a little etsy shop to take orders for all your quilting needs :)
